For DnaK binding, every heptapeptide with a score above the given specificity threshold will be in included in a report file.

Each analysis prepares a plot of chaperone binding propensity per residue in PDF format. The propensity per residue is calculated from a Boltzmann distribution of all possible peptide windows in the whole sequence. In such a plot, high scoring binding sites and longer overlapping binding sites are dominant and might eliminate other (lower scoring) sites. If multiple sequences were provided, the PDF will contain an equal number of pages.
